Co-Regional Leaders
Gemstone & Vocalise
Together, Vocalise and Gemstone are in charge of the FiA Naperville region and are involved with the region at all times. This includes regularly attending workouts, Qing workouts and helping to build the region. They are ultimately responsible for maintaining the integrity of FiA in the region.
Membership Q
Creed
Creed’s role involves getting new FNGS signed up on Slack and registered in our database through the google form. She also keeps and organizes a master list of all our members and their emergency contact information!
Fialanthropy Q
Darcy
FiAs get involved and give back to our community by donating our time and resources. These charitable events are organized by Darcy and her committee.
Fitness Co-Qs
Iceman & Crunch It
These two Fitness Co-Qs keep PAX motivated and coming back for more! They maintainsclose communication with Site Qs re: AO safety, Qs on the calendar, concerns, improvements, mixing up workouts when needed. They also maintain the Q calendar, post fitness challenges, and more!
Social Media Q
Spokes
As Social Media Q, Spokes creates and post the weekly schedule, makes sure that our FB/IG platforms are consistent, acts as a go-to/liaison for Site Qs with questions on social media posts, creates fun & interactive content to help drive participation and traffic on our sites.
Comms Q and Expansion/Marketing Q
Ralphie
As Comms Q, Ralphie spreads the FiA love through the community and helps maintain communication within the region via weekly announcements, monthly newsletters, and helping with social media.
Her role in Expansion and Marketing is to help FiA Napeville GROW. She’s your gal if you have an idea for a new AO or workout time.
Social Q
Zen
As Social Q, Zen leads our Social committee and together they get fun, monthly FiA social outings planned and organized such as coffia, classes, etc.. Social Q also plans FiA special events such as convergences and combined workouts etc.
Data Q
Echo
Taking FiA Naperville to a new level. Echo did the behind-the-scenes work to bring us two valuable tools in Slack, PAXminer and QSignups. Our Data Q maintains these apps and is our go-to gal with any tech-related errors or issues that arise.
Site Q
A site Q position is a commitment, which is great accountability, to be there every week. Some of the responsibilities are to ensure that AO’s safety, make sure no woman is left behind (ensuring all women have a group before heading out on a run/ruck), taking/posting photos to our FiA social media, and supporting the Q.
